                                         EAGLE :      
 Soars above all and is said to be closest to the Creator. In traditional native rites the eagle feather is the most sacred symbol. It is used to converse with the Creator via smoke from the smudge. Medicine Men and Women  the world over have used eagle feathers in their healing rituals since before recorded time. EAGLE from his vantage point high above usually has a much more perceptive view of the earth and its creatures below. The true power of EAGLE is rarely known before your Vision Quest.

          Eagle  Spirit / Medicine  is  :   Power of knowledge, majestic comportment, spiritual visionary, problem solver.

          If  Eagle  is  your  Totem  :  you will always have your head in the clouds. You will gain and posses knowledge above your mortal station. Your firm connection to the Creator will allow you to invariably chose the correct path but be careful not to become arrogant in the self assured realm of  EAGLE.
